The Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) People and Culture team are looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Advisor to join us in this critical role. About the role
As the Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on all matters relating to employee relations and industrial relations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provision of expert advice, guidance and support to stakeholders in regards to legislation, NSWH Awards, policies and guidelines
- Provide dedicated support and advice on all HR and industrial concerns for your portfolio
- Conduct investigations inline with Ministry of Health directives
- Manage the grading process for positions or personal regrades

About You

- A qualification in Human Resources (or related field) or at least three (3) years' experience HR experience within a large organisation
