We’re looking for an outgoing and organised Bunnings Relationship Manager to represent our premium turf products across selected Bunnings stores in SEQ.

About the Role:

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the road visiting Bunnings stores, engaging with Garden and Trade teams, ensuring stock presentation is on point, and supporting store staff to confidently promote our products. You’re the face of our turf brands — driving brand awareness, training teams, supporting sell-through, and ensuring we remain the #1 turf supplier in store.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit allocated Bunnings stores on a weekly cycle across SEQ

Build strong relationships with Garden Centre Managers and Trade Desk teams

Support product presentation, point-of-sale, and in-store education

Deliver toolbox talks, product updates, and seasonal marketing campaigns

Identify opportunities to increase store orders and drive sell-through

Provide weekly reporting and feedback to the sales team

About You:

You're confident, professional, and enjoy being on the road

Great with people — you know how to engage and influence without the hard sell

Experience in hardware, horticulture, landscaping, or FMCG is a bonus

You’re organised, reliable, and know how to manage your own run

A valid driver’s license is essential
