Flexible Part-Time Bookkeeper – Work from Home (Canberra/Queanbeyan Region)

Location:

Primary: Work from home within the Queanbeyan/Canberra region.

Occasional: In-person meetings as needed.

Training: Initial in-person training provided.

Hours:

Starting at 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase over time.

Suitable for school hours or flexible scheduling.

Salary:

$60,000 – $67,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven bookkeeping experience.

Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other popular apps.

Payroll experience is essential.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Comfortable liaising with clients and the director.

Canberra/Queanbeyan-based applicants only.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and bank reconciliations.

Payroll processing and compliance.

Email account management.

Liaising directly with clients and the director regarding financial matters.
