📍 The Opportunity

Part-Time: 1–2 days per week (flexible)

Work Location:

Primarily WFH (Work From Home),

Option to come into our Lidcombe office ½ to 1 day per week (open to discussion)

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee offshore bookkeeper’s work

Check reconciliation accuracy

Identify problems and create efficient bookkeeping systems

Review fortnightly payroll, superannuation, and work cover

Manage purchase orders (imported from Cin7 inventory system)

Bank upload and reconciliation

Check and lodge BAS

Ensure correct GST allocations and COGS accuracy

✅ Essential Skills & Requirements

Solid and fluent experience with Xero

Experience managing offshore bookkeeping teams

Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel

High level of organisation and exceptional attention to detail

Impeccable administration skills

Knowledge of Cin7 inventory system (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
