About the Position

Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the business in a new role offering training and development - industry experience is not needed!

You will be responsible for:

Servicing a number of channel partner relationships across QLD and Australia, delivering investment build stock

Tracking and ensuring progression of sales files from EOI through to unconditional

Contributing to the allocation of land and stock

Working with the internal house and land team

Developing new relationships with marketers as well as account management

What we're looking for:

Experience within a property based sales or business development role advantageous!

Experience with residential new home or land development highly regarded

Proven sales performance history as a BDM or Sales Consultant

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work with volume with a high attention to detail

Highly motivated and driven
