We are a newly established accounting firm located in Subiaco. We are dedicated in providing personalised high quality accounting services to our client. We are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our exciting journey and help sharp the future of our firm.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Provide general office support including phone handling, greeting clients and mail management,

· Scheduling appointments and managing calendars,

· Maintain stationery and office supplies,

· Preparing client correspondence, including all ATO practice mail

· Liaising with ATO, ASIC and other 3rd Parties,

· Prepare, format, and maintain a range of documents and materials including ad hoc reports, invoicing, client engagement letters, proposals and correspondence,

· Scan, file, and manage electronic and paper-based client records and documents,

· Manage client records and databases across all cloud-based software, including data entry and ongoing maintenance of client information and internal registers,

· Assist with managing the firm’s workflow and lodgement program, including monitoring deadlines, updating job statuses, and supporting the team to ensure timely completion of client work,

· Formation of new entities,

· Maintaining ASIC records and annual reviews,

· Assisting the directors with ad hoc reports / duties.

What we are looking for:

· Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential as long as you are a fast learner)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

· Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Self-motivated and reliable, with good time management.

· Team-oriented and adaptable, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

· Experience working in an accounting or professional services firm

· Proficiency in relevant accounting practice software (e.g., Xero Practice Manager, Xero, BGL, ATOMate, ATO portals)
