About the Role

As the Clinical Coordinator – Compliance, you will work closely with the Clinical Manager to oversee high-quality clinical care, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and best practices. Your key responsibilities include:
✔ Monitoring and improving resident care standards.
✔ Ensuring documentation aligns with compliance requirements.
✔ Supporting and educating staff on clinical policies.
✔ Conducting audits and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
✔ Overseeing infection control practices.

About You

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with at least 2 years’ senior nursing experience in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive care environment.
