About the Role

As Director of VIP Services, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and quality of all services offered to high-value guests, celebrities, key account holders, and dignitaries. Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, you'll lead a hand-picked team and work cross-functionally to ensure personalised, discreet, and flawless experiences from pre-arrival to departure.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or private member club in a senior guest experience or operations role

Strong leadership background managing service-focused teams with a high attention to detail

Ability to develop and implement guest recognition programs and service protocols

Impeccable interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion

Experience with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele in hospitality, private travel, or lifestyle services
