We are seeking an Outdoor Education Operations Manager to lead the delivery of transformational experiences and drive excellence across our outdoor education programs, by leading a passionate and high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

• Lead a committed team focused on staff engagement, performance, and retention

• Ensure seamless delivery of industry-leading outdoor education activities

What you bring:

• Experience leading teams in an outdoor education or industry related context.
• Strong operational and communication skills.
• Qualifications in Outdoor Leadership (Certificate III minimum) and study in a leadership related context.
