This role will focus on the following (but not limited too):

• Managing the collections process across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payment
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries quickly and effectively
• Investigating and resolving account issues with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Keeping detailed records of collection activities and customer communications
• Providing regular updates and reports on aged debt, escalations, and recovery progress
• Working collaboratively with project teams, finance, and operations to drive payment outcomes
• Maintaining compliance with internal credit policies and external standards

You’ll bring to the role:

• Prior experience in collections or credit control
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise across multiple departments and client
• Strong attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• A self-starter attitude with a team-first mindset
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively while keeping calm under pressure
