Daily Rate: c.$900 p/d + GST

Join a major airline as a Senior Business Analyst assisting with the upgrade of a mission-critical platform — shifting from a legacy system to dynamic, efficient and customer focused platform. This strategic project aims to enhance customer segmentation and revenue growth through modernisation of the airline's pricing strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead process analysis and documentation for pricing model transformation
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery artefacts
• Collaborate closely with commercial, product, and IT teams
• Influence stakeholder decision-making with data-backed recommendations

You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated track record as a Business Process Analyst on major systems upgrades/transformations in large corporations
• Strong process mapping and transformation skills
• Familiarity with continuous pricing models or similar dynamic pricing approaches advantageous
• Confidence in driving stakeholder workshops and steering committees
• Experience pricing systems, airline or travel technology projects a huge advantage.
