Technical/Process Business Analyst – Systems Upgrade

Contract Duration: 6 months (extension likely)
Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
Start: Immediate
Daily Rate: $900 p/d + GST

We’re hiring a Technical/Process Business Analyst for an urgent project with a major airline to support an industry-driven change to a key system used by millions of customers on a daily basis. This is a critical mandated upgrade and needs to be implemented by Nov 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Map and document current-state API/web service interactions
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to validate touchpoints and dependencies
• Act as a test coordinator for end-to-end testing across platforms
• Ensure updates are made across all booking, servicing, and integration points

Requirements:

• Strong technical BA background, ideally with large corporations. Airline or Aviation experience is preferred
• Experience with API/web service analysis and testing coordination
• Skilled in documenting integration points and system behaviour
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and process compliance
