A strong desire to embark on a rewarding career in healthcare. Previous experience in Healthcare not required.

Previous Customer Service experience is essential.

Proficiency in technology, with a willingness to learn and utilise the latest software in the General Practice marketplace.

Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to listen, understand, and exceed customer expectations.

A proactive, motivated attitude capable of multitasking and managing high-intensity situations.

An eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every task.

Experience in a general practice setting is not mandatory, but it will be considered an advantage.
