Beeliar Chiropractic centre is looking for an energetic, confident and relational Casual/Part time receptionist.
We are a Chiropractic and massage therapy clinic in Cockburn with other clinics in Jandakot and Southern river. We are well-known for our holistic and comprehensive care. We manage an extensive referral network from surrounding health and fitness businesses as well as the general community. Our facility is newly built in 2022 and provides a comfortable and aesthetic working environment with a great team culture and support network.
A permanent part time position is available offering 10-20 flexible hours per week (3-5 shifts).
Shift Availability
the clinic shifts are Monday to Friday- 7.45am to 11.15am, 1.45pm to 6.15 pm & Saturday 730am-12pm
The position is due to commence in June 25' or as the candidate needs.
Qualifications, experience & attributes
Ability to have a positive impact on how people feel when arriving to the reception area.
Experience in a medical or allied health reception role ( preferred but not required)
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
Positive and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all patient and customer enquiries
Experience with cliniko software (preferred but not essential)
Experience with Medicare, DVA, and Health Fund billing (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Tasks & responsibilities
Second in charge, stand in practice manager, front end leader.
Ensuring a professional high standard of care is provided to all patients, families, and supporters visiting the practice
Efficient and professional management of Chiropractors diaries and appointment schedules
Providing administrative support to staff.
Answering telephone enquiries and managing telephone tasks with confidence and in a timely manner
Coordinating response to practice communications via mail, email, online enquiries, and voicemail.
Efficient processing of patient billing and accounts.
Keeping the clinic tidy and presentable.
