About the Organisation:

Ark Support Coordination is a values-driven organisation which specialises in providing Specialist Support Coordination to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants and their networks. As a registered NDIS provider, we offer services to NDIS participants with complex needs throughout Western Australia.

About the Role:

Specialist Support Coordination (SSC) is vital for marginalised members of our community to access the full potential of the NDIS, connecting participants to life changing supports, therapies, equipment and services, while supporting people through challenging life events. Ark Support Coordination is the leading provider of Support Coordination in Western Australia. A role with us means you will be surrounded and supported by a compassionate, highly-skilled and fun-loving team. We are looking for full-time or part-time (minimum 0.8 FTE) Social Work Graduates (or experienced candidates) to join our Perth team.
