About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Rubies Nursing Care', a leading provider of NDIS accommodations in the Dubbo, NSW region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and expansion of our NDIS accommodation services.
What you'll be doing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for NDIS accommodations, including managing the tender process and securing new contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as NDIS participants, their families, and support coordinators
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to raise awareness of our NDIS accommodation services
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience
Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to drive the growth of our NDIS accommodations
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Prepare reports and presentations to inform senior management on the performance and progress of the NDIS accommodations business
Ability to work across Dubbo and surrounding areas.
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or client relations role, preferably within the aged care or disability support industry
Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the tender process, and building strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth
Familiarity with the NDIS framework and an understanding of the aged and disability support sector
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
