This design-led business partners with Australia's top architects and designers to supply sustainable, high-quality materials for exceptional residential and commercial projects. With a strong presence in the A&D industry and a reputation for craftsmanship, detail, and thoughtful design, they're looking for a creative and organised Showroom & Marketing Coordinator to lead the Melbourne showroom experience while supporting brand and content marketing across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and communication—someone who enjoys hosting clients, creating content, and telling architectural stories with care and clarity.
You'll be responsible for showroom presentation, client engagement, and digital content coordination that reflects the brand's premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Host showroom visits and present product ranges to architects, designers, and builders

Create and coordinate social media and campaign content (photo, video, copy)

Liaise with clients to gather imagery and details of completed projects

Maintain showroom presentation and manage sample logistics

Support email marketing, press outreach, and seasonal campaign activity

Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to deliver brand-aligned content

Assist with content scheduling and digital asset management

Track and report on marketing campaign performance with actionable insights

Monitor customer feedback to inform content and showroom improvements

Coordinate product launches and promotional updates across digital platforms

Upload and schedule content across digital channels

Support seamless customer experiences by liaising with internal teams

Skills & Experience

Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Communications, or a related field

Strong understanding of the A&D industry and visual storytelling

Experience in content creation—social, written, and visual

Proficient in tools like Canva, Instagram, Lightroom, and basic video editing software

Confident communicator with great attention to detail

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

A genuine interest in sustainable design and materials
