Fabrication Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Worshop based Fabrication Supervisor. Its all about leading from the front and making sure the work goes out the door in the appropriate shape. There are a lot of "moving parts" running the shop floor, both in terms of people and materials. Getting it all to run as smoothly as possible is a challenge that is yours to take on. But it will be a challenge you will take on with a supportive team of people - whether thats support from management, admin or the technical crew you will lead.

The Person
We want someone who’s confident making decisions, comfortable working alongside the team, and ready to step up and take ownership when it counts. You will need to understand the technical elements of fabrication and how the workflow works.
