T&G Earthmoving and Skip Bin Hire, are a family owned and operated business operating primarily in the residential home market within the Perth metro area. We number 20 plus employees and growing.

We have a strong exposure to multiple areas within this market representing works in greenfield, urban infill multi unit development and the prestige luxury home market. We have exposure to recycling and the operation of our in-house skip bin business.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Plant coordinator / supervisor to join us and oversee the day-to-day operations of our team members and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthmoving and/or construction, leadership abilities, and a knack for optimizing processes to ensure efficiency whilst maintaining the ability to have a laugh and not take him or herself too seriously, whilst ensuring efficient management practices.

*Key Responsibilities: *

- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of day-to-day earthmoving operations, including planning, scheduling of equipment, site management and employee management, prestart meeting of the morning, execution and implementing the days schedules.

- liaise with owners, staff to arrange the days and following days work requirements, ordering and scheduling of in house plant and equipment to meet builders and clients expectations .

- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards whilst liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance regulations are met.

- Require computer skills in excel and work for daily documentation of completed work sites and ability to liase with external building supervisors on a daily basis.

*Qualifications: *

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervision / operations management within the earthmoving, construction, or related industries. Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.

- Skills: Strong leadership, organisational skills and problem-solving abilities. Weekly and forward planning with documentation.

- Knowledge: In depth understanding of earthmoving equipment, construction processes, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and plans.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, operators and stakeholders.
