As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers a clear growth pathway to become the Assistant to the CFO.

As our Internal Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all aspects of accounting and reporting. You'll support strategic decision-making and contribute to the long-term financial sustainability of our business.

Responsibilities

· Assist in formulating budgetary and accounting policies aligned with company goals

· Draft and prepare financial statements for internal and external stakeholders, including management, shareholders, and statutory bodies

· Conduct financial investigations and prepare reports on topics such as business acquisitions, capital financing, fraud, and taxation

· Examine and analyse operating costs and income/expenditure streams

· Provide assurance on financial report accuracy and statutory compliance

· Offer financial and tax advice on business structures, strategic plans, and operations

· Prepare taxation returns for individuals and the organisation where required

· Introduce and maintain efficient accounting systems, including digital platforms

· Maintain robust internal control systems

· Appraise cash flow and assess financial risks related to capital investment projects

Pre-requisites

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CA/CPA qualified or working towards it is highly desirable)

· Proven experience in financial reporting, tax preparation, and internal controls

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

· Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Familiarity with accounting software and cloud-based financial tools

· Experience within the IT or tech industry is a plus

· Confidentiality is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
