Clinical Educator - Aged Care (Registered Nurse) L & D
One of Victoria' s leading Aged providers of Residential Aged Care, have an opportunity for a Clinical Educator to design, develop and lead the training and education across this organisation.

We are seeking a dynamic coordinator to provide leadership and guidance to all levels of staff developing their ability to deliver comprehensive, individualised care and services to meet residents' needs.

• $120K base + super

We require a Registered Nurse to participate in the formulation and implementation of the organisations Training and Education Framework. A candidate with excellent people skills who can create procedures, processes and resource tools to promote compliance with Aged Care Standards.

To be successful with your application you must process:

• Current APHRA Registration.
• Post-graduate studies in Learning & Development/Education.
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance and continuous improvement incentives.
• Ability to implement initiatives that meet business and individual residents needs identified through training needs analysis.
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in designing, implementing and delivering clinical education programs and processes.
