Clinical Manager - Aged Care | Sunshine Coast, QLD
Are you an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager seeking your next challenge in aged care? We are currently recruiting for a dynamic leader to join a large-sized aged care facility located on the stunning Sunshine Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role where you will oversee and support the clinical operations of a high-performing residential aged care home. You will work closely with the Facility Manager and lead a team of dedicated nursing and care professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all residents

About the Role:

• Lead and manage the clinical care team to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Support and mentor nursing and care staff in clinical decision-making
• Monitor and improve clinical outcomes through audits, reviews, and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

About You:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within aged care
• Comprehensive understanding of aged care legislation and clinical governance
• Proven ability to lead and motivate clinical teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
