Responsibilities:

Assisting customers and trade clients in identifying and sourcing the correct parts.

Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.

Overseeing daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.

Collaborating with our team to drive sales and enhance customer service.

Contributing to process improvements and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Relevant work experience is required, in heavy equipment or construction industry.

Strong product knowledge and technical skills in spare parts identification.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Mandarin required.
