Warehouse and Spare Parts Specialist required for leading company that supplies automotive equipment, installation and service to the aftermarket industry.

You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing all inventory transactions within the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock, including spare parts, equipment, and dispatches. This role includes supporting customer service efforts by assisting with spare parts orders and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Understanding of basic aspects of all workshop equipment and the ability to help customers with spare parts requirements
• Managing spare parts
• Organising and managing freight
• Picking, packing and dispatch
• Knowledge of current Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• Maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse and showroom
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and step by step descriptive reporting
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Regularly update the ERP system with stock movements and adjust records as necessary.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels or shipment issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse specialist and/or spare parts reader.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP System, including the ability to create and interpret pivot tables for stock analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage equipment orders with various codes and features.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer focus and engagement
• Forklift and Driver's Licenses.
