Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital part in daily warehouse operations—handling inventory, using forklift equipment, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system. You'll work alongside a close-knit team to ensure seamless stock movement and exceptional service standards.

• Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move and store goods safely.
• Perform manual picking, packing, and dispatch based on order requirements.
• Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts, and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Use ERP systems to manage stock movements and data entry.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Your Profile

To be successful, you’ll have:

• A current LF forklift licence with experience operating both reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally with exposure to security or electronic products (advantageous but not essential).
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto, Oracle) is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
