OFFICE MANAGER | Commercial Construction
SALARY | $75K-$85K + super
LOCATION | South East - Melbourne
THE COMPANY
Our client is an established construction projects company with a strong portfolio of successful developments. With a team of dedicated professionals and a focus on quality project delivery, they're now seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their collaborative team.

THE ROLE
Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing office operations and providing comprehensive administrative support
- Assisting with tender submission preparation and coordination
- Supporting the implementation and management of a new HR platform
- Handling payroll administration and processing
- Monitoring and managing multiple email communications
- Coordinating team events and maintaining office culture
- Preparing and editing professional documentation for project submissions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 2 years' experience in office management
- Construction industry experience highly regarded
- Experience in tender/bid document preparation preferred
- Strong documentation and editing capabilities
- Natural talent for fostering positive workplace culture
