For over 80 years, their products have been trusted by builders, architects, and homeowners across the nation to create more comfortable, energy-efficient, and quieter spaces. Their extensive product range caters to a diverse range of markets including residential, commercial, industrial and speciality applications (such as HVAC duct insulations, pipe insulation and acoustic treatments for various environments).

They are experiencing continued growth driven by increasing awareness of energy efficiency and evolving building codes. While specific revenue figures fluctuate with market conditions, their long-standing presence and strong market share indicate a substantial and stable business.

The Opportunity:

Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Sales Representative to join the team and drive sales growth within NSW. You will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, developers, architects, contractors, and distributors.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and/or industrial sectors.

Presenting and promoting a comprehensive range of insulation and related products, highlighting their features, benefits, and sustainability credentials.

Providing technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they select the most appropriate solutions for their projects.

Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaborating effectively with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service.

What They Are Looking For:

Proven sales experience within the building and construction industry, ideally with experience selling insulation or related building materials.

Strong understanding of the construction process, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license.

Salary Expectations:

$110k - $130k + Super + Company Car or Car Allowance + Commissions
