About the role

Pellenc Australia is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our innovative range of products. Based in our Regency Park office, this full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers

Providing expert product knowledge and technical support to customers

Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches

Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and company-wide sales targets

Representing the company at industry events and tradeshows

Providing regular sales activity and performance reporting

Starting by inside sales until comfortable with the products.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, within the equipment (or similar) and agricultural / winemaking industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to track and manage opportunities

Passion for working with innovative and high-quality products

Willingness to travel within your assigned territory as required

A marketing experience is preferred
