About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to take charge of our lead nurturing, customer journey building, and performance marketing efforts. This role is all about turning awareness into action — ensuring leads are properly qualified, guided through the funnel, and converted into engaged users.

You’ll own the middle of the funnel — building systems and campaigns that drive activation and growth. We're after someone who can think strategically and execute with precision — an A-player ready to take on a core growth function within a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customer journeys across email, SMS, and in-app experiences using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

Develop and optimise lead nurturing flows to increase conversion from signup to meaningful activation

Collaborate with the social and content team to strategise paid campaigns that attract high-quality leads

Identify funnel gaps and reduce friction by working with Product and UX

Own and optimise key metrics like cost-per-lead, lead-to-signup rate, and journey engagement

A/B test messaging, flows, and landing experiences to continuously improve performance

Build out lifecycle segmentation and personalised communications

Report insights and funnel performance to the wider marketing and leadership team

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)

A strong grasp of paid social strategy, lead targeting, and audience segmentation

A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action

Experience building customer journeys that convert — not just campaigns that look good

Bonus: Experience working with brands that target tradies or require shifting customer behaviour
