We’re two growing businesses — PWB Vegetation Management (specialists in vegetation clearance around critical infrastructure) and Urban Forest Training (a nationally registered training organisation) — looking for one capable Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across both entities.

We need someone who can roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and keep us financially sharp as we expand nationally. This is a broad, impactful role – ideal for someone who’s confident managing the detail while also contributing to strategic growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-end accounts payable and receivable

Payroll, month-end reporting, and financial compliance

Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Financial modelling and reporting for leadership

Overseeing and maintaining Xero across both businesses

Improving systems and supporting commercial decision-making

About you:

Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or similar (CPA/CA preferred but not essential)

Strong hands-on experience with Xero

Organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Comfortable working across multiple entities and juggling competing priorities

Happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done — no task is too big or too small

Experience in trade-based, training, or field-service industries is a plus
