The Rugless Family Retail Group is a group consisting of 4 Supermarkets & 1 Liquor store. We are locally owned and an independent family run retail group, with a high focus on customer service & quality products.

Reporting directly to the Finance and Office Manager, the successful applicant must have accounts payable experience & excellent communication skills. We are looking for a person with self motivation, who can work autonomously, have initiative & great organisational skills

The position is preferred to be Full Time however, for the right applicant Permanant Part Time or Casual maybe considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable- Process and managing payment cycles, ensuring accurate and timely payments

Bank Reconciliations

Payroll Assistance

Verifying and reconciling supplier statements

Liaising with suppliers and internal departments

Microsoft is essential, especially Excel

Data entry

General Office administration
