Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper or Accountant to join the team to assist in maintaining accurate and timely accounting systems for 3 entities.

You will be responsible for:

Accounts payable and receivable including approving numerious stock invoices daily

Complete reconciliation of xero and industry specific software files

Assisting with monthly reporting

Payroll 50+ employees

Carrying out additional adhoc financial duties as required

You will have:

Completed a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or Bachelor of Commerce

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to multitask

Xero Certification

Great communication skills to liaise with suppliers, creditors and staff
