Role Description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is suited to a highly driven individual with a strong “hunter” mentality, someone who thrives on chasing new business, breaking into untapped markets, and converting opportunities into long-term clients. The successful candidate will have a proven background in sales and a solid understanding of the steel reinforcing or broader construction materials industry.

You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to grow market share. This is not a role for order-takers — it’s for sales professionals who know how to get in front of the right people, create demand, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the construction, civil, and infrastructure sectors.

Build, manage, and grow key customer relationships through regular contact, site visits, and solution selling.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including estimating, scheduling, and operations to ensure client requirements are met.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the Regional Sales Manager.

Act as the face of the business in your region — a true ambassador who leads with integrity and commercial acumen.

Salay and Benefits

Base $100k - $120k | Super 11.5% | Commission | Company Car
