YOU
Experienced DM / SDM looking to join a progressive Developer.
Ideally some main contracting experience as a PM or strong Developer side PM experience having been directly part of delivery phases.
Comfortable running multiple $50m-$80m projects concurrently.
Professionally drive process, manage builders & deliver results.
Report on progress, compliance, finance and all upstream and downstream aspects professionally to the board and government entities.
