Customer Service Manager – Full-Time Opportunity

Smile Team Orthodontics is looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. With new practices in Burwood and Drummoyne and established locations in Parramatta, Wollongong, Shellharbour, and Bowral, this is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in patient service and experience.

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and genders, ideally with dental, orthodontic, or medical experience, and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a dental or medical setting (preferred)

Strong leadership and team supervision experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

Ability to obtain a Working with Children’s Check

Up-to-date vaccination records

About the Role

As Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead and support our front desk and reception staff across several locations. You'll ensure high-quality service at every point of contact, develop strategies to improve the patient journey, oversee daily operations, handle patient concerns professionally, and foster a team culture focused on care, clarity, and responsiveness.

The primary location is Burwood and Drummoyne, with occasional days in Parramatta and other locations as needed.
