About the role

Managing the day to day operations of estimating and office based project managements by implementing and overseeing Estimator procedures to increase revenue, market share and stakeholder satisfaction

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Prepare and monitor project plans as compared to project budgets
* Control operational budgets
* Manage broader financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accounts policies
* Identify new methods or streams for cost efficiently management of projects
* Manage operational matter and lead ongoing improvements to existing systems, processes and reporting

Skills & experience
* 3 years' experience in Construction estimating
* Extensive experience in Townhouse and residential construction
* Proficient in data build Software
* Experience in Solo assist desired although can be taught
* Strong communicator with ability to network, account manage and relationship manage
* Ability to work in a close knit, supportive team and collaborative team
