Our Client is one of Melbourne's leading concrete/ formwork sub contractors. They have been in operation for almost 10 years working across both the civil & commercial build sectors. They take on the full concrete package which encompasses formwork, reo & concreting packages.

They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy, especially in the civil and landscape space so require an additional estimator. The role will sit within the pre-construction team and work across concrete packages up to $500k.

To be considered the successful applicant will ideally have the following experience:

• Formal tertiary or trade-based qualifications
• Min 3 years experience working as an estimator, ideally working sub-contractor side.
• Can accurately do quantity 'take offs'
• Strong written and verbal communicational skills
• Experience with Bluebean would be highly desirable
