Brisbuild group is looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. Our business conducts work in Brisbane and Gold Coast undertaking both commercial and residential projects specialising in all aspects of plastering and carpentry.

Our projects range from schools, aged care facilities,low rise apartments, high rise apartments and high-end homes.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

Estimating cost of projects.

Take off’s

Ensuring profit margins are maintained.

Working closely with our senior estimator and other team members on tenders & quotes.

Sourcing and reviewing quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.

Reviewing Contracts.

Providing estimates for all plastering and carpentry works.

Ability to realistically advise on budget issues

Estimates for variations

Progress claims

Experience within a Contract Administrator role highly favourable but not required

High end Commercial & residential estimating experience required.

Ability to build + maintain relationships

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Estimating role
