Salary: $130k Package (incl.Super)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven Junior Estimator to join our dynamic pre-construction team. You will be working on a variety of exciting fitout and refurbishment projects, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from a team of experienced Senior Estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders
• Conduct quantity take-offs, measure plans and review project documentation
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Help coordinate tender submissions and proposal documents
• Support senior estimators throughout all stages of the tender process
• Attend site visits and meetings when required

About You:

• Degree or Diploma qualified (or working towards) in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 2+ years experience in estimating (including internship/work placement experience)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Cubit
• Keen to build a long-term career in the fitout and refurbishment sector
