COMPASS Recruitment are currently working with a leading HVAC & Building services contractor in their search for a Senior HVAC project Estimator for their team based in Melbourne.

This role would suit an Estimator with experience in working on D&C projects, including attending sites to carry out assessments prior to providing estimation reports.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• A degree or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 5 - 7 years experience in HVAC estimation projects.
• Experience working across brownfield projects.
• Experience working in a D&C environment.
• A good working knowledge of HVAC systems & installation methods, in addition to an understanding and experience in local building codes.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on concurrent projects in a fast moving environment.

This role can be based out of different locations across Melbourne, however will require site visits around Metro Melbourne for site assessments.
