HR Coordinator - Ngarliyarndu Bindirri Aboriginal Corporation (Not-for-Profit)

Join Ngarliyarndu Bindirri Aboriginal Corporation, a dynamic not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Ngarluma and Yindjibarndi communities. We operate several subsidiaries, including BRIDA (servicing Rio Tinto and City of Karratha contracts), Handy Hands (a retail nursery providing gardening and pool maintenance services), and the Red Dirt Driving Academy, alongside a range of vital social programs that enrich the lives of Indigenous communities.

What You’ll Do:

Refine, develop, and implement HR strategy and processes

Lead a team to attract, recruit, and onboard candidates across multiple subsidiaries and roles (high-level to entry-level positions)

Assist in presenting HR metrics to the executive team

Collaborate with the CEO, GM, Corporate Services Manager, and Operations Managers to refine HR processes

Split time between our Karratha and Roebourne offices as needed

Continue centralising Employment Hero HRIS

Support Change Management efforts for key programs, including our Garlba Youth Program

What You Need:

At least 2 years' proven experience in implementing HR strategy and processes

Strong background in employee relations and modern award interpretation

Experience with Employment Hero or other modern HRIS systems

Knowledge of pay and benefit administration

Experience in managing workers’ compensation claims

$100k - $110k + Super
