Knowledge of Indigenous societies, cultures, and the issues affecting Indigenous Australians in business will be highly valued.

Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and employment laws
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS systems

As our ideal candidate, you will possess a proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to lead cultural change initiatives. A strong sense of empathy and purpose, and a commitment to equity and empowerment, will make you a perfect cultural fit.
This is an impactful opportunity for a passionate HR/WHS professional who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to drive meaningful change within a values-driven organisation.
Please note: Whilst this is not an Identified role, suitably qualified Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
