The Role

Our client is searching for an enthusiastic solicitor to join their Litigation & practice. You will be working alongside a Partner and their lawyers on a range of litigation matters. You will gain exposure to a range of matters in a wide range of jurisdictions from NCAT to Local Court to Federal and Supreme Court.

The matters are always interesting, topical and often high-stakes.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Litigation Lawyer role will have:

• 1 - 4 years PAE experience in litigation (insurance or property or construction litigation)
• Pre-admission experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously but also in a team environment
• Enthusiasm and drive
