About the role

Spire Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team on the Sunshine Coast. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base, with a focus on dispute resolution, litigation, insolvency and front-end and back-end construction matters. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of legal professionals and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.

What you'll be doing

Advising clients on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters

Conducting legal research, preparing court documents and pleadings

Representing clients in court proceedings, including attending mediations, hearings and adjudications

Negotiating settlements and managing the litigation process from start to finish

Collaborating with the broader legal team to ensure client matters are handled efficiently and effectively

Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law to provide informed advice to clients

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution

Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, counsel, and the judiciary

Sound understanding of court procedures and litigation strategies

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving positive outcomes
