A household name, a growing business, and a leading retailer is looking for their next senior management accountant or junior business partner to join their high performing finance team.

The Role

What you'll be doing:

• Partering across the organisation and cost centre managers, for retail, supply chain and supporting functions
• Owning the board packs (with some collaborative team help)
• Delivering monthl management reporting, analysis and rolling forecasts to inform real decision making
• Diving into product and store performance
• Supporting budgeting cycles and strategic planning
• Continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting
• Contribute to an upbeat, high performing team culture.

Your Profile

A bit about you:

• CA/CPA Qualified (or very close to it) with a background in fast paced organisations - a preference for retail or FMCG (though not essential)
• Great communication skills and a desire to really build relationships
• Sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset
• A natural curiosity for the 'why' behind the numbers
• Someone who thrives in fast paced organisations
