About the Role
Reporting to the Director of a newly formed business unit, you’ll take ownership of driving sales and business development activity across the energy storage product line.
Leveraging an existing pipeline of customers and installers, you will manage relationships, secure new business, and identify opportunities for further growth across residential and commercial markets. Working closely with a dedicated technical solutions engineer, you’ll be responsible for presenting tailored solutions to your clients while providing valuable feedback to the product team to help continuously improve the offering.
This role is highly suited to a true business developer who enjoys being on the road, engaging directly with customers and actively growing the business.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or technical sales roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Confident working autonomously, meeting face-to-face with installers, customers and partners.
- Comfortable presenting commercial and technical solutions (full product training provided).
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willing to develop product knowledge within energy storage solutions.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.
- A technical background in solar/BESS system design or inverter design and programming is highly desirable
