The Opportunity:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Client Manager to join a collaborative, high-performing team. This is more than a compliance role — you'll be the trusted advisor to a diverse client base, managing complex engagements, guiding clients toward their financial goals, and mentoring the next generation of accountants.

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to advisor for your own client portfolio, building trust-based relationships

Deliver strategic, personalised accounting and tax advice

Manage end-to-end engagements across accounting, tax, and business advisory

Run impactful client meetings and communicate complex matters with ease

Guide, support, and develop junior staff — lead by example

What You’ll Bring:

CPA qualified (or progressing toward completion)

Solid background in public practice with hands-on client advisory experience

Deep technical expertise in accounting, tax, and financial reporting

Strong relationship management skills and commercial acumen

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities

Proficiency in Xero Practice Manager and Microsoft Office

Organised, proactive, and capable of juggling competing priorities
