About the Role:

Aldinga Day and Night Surgery is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy and friendly general practice environment, providing high-quality administrative support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage front desk and phone enquiries

Book, reschedule, and manage patient appointments

Handle billing, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks

Process end-of-day banking and reconciliations

Ensure adherence to practice policies and procedures

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist (preferred)

Good understanding of medical billing and medical terminology

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Team-oriented with a friendly and professional approach

Proficient computer skills (experience with Pracsoft Software is an advantage)

Punctual, flexible, and dependable
