Design and implementation of Operational Technology/IT systems and infrastructure

Development of maintenance and support strategies

System, network and security audits

System configuration and testing, deployment of updates, maintenance activities and support

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

Providing on-going support to our customers

Develop Scope of Work and respond to quotation requests from Customers

Ensure compliance in all daily tasks and activities, speaking up when something is not right

Requirements for Success

2+ years’ experience of IT engineering principles

Degree qualifications in relevant discipline with experience, certifications or an equivalent level of work experience and training

Solid experience in systems operations including day to day support, maintenance, capacity planning, monitoring, and reporting

Experience in a managed service and help desk

Experience with Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Suite

Experience with dealing with different levels of IT users and stakeholders

Excellent customer service and administration skills

Adaptable and can work well under pressure and in a high-volume environment, including organising and prioritising own work

Microsoft and ITIL Foundation certifications would be an advantage.
