The Role

• Technical Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and support to clients using POS software.

• Collaboration: Work with the development team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and help evolve the product.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support cases, resolutions, and best practices to help share knowledge across the organization.
